Specialised Guards Selection

Scientific Security Management Services Pvt. Ltd. has an independent Selection Committee consisting of competent and trained officers. The primary function of the Selection Committee is to recruit personnel for security, vigilance and allied services.

The committee selects security personnel after extensive verification of antecedents of the applicants. Those selected are imparted training in industrial security, labour relations, handling first aid, fire fighting etc. at our Training Institute.

The personnel who complete their training successfully are then employed after they have been equipped to handle assignments efficiently and effectively with reference to specific requirements of our clients.

Monitoring

Guard monitoring is a three level process:

At premises

Our regular and random checking helps us to know about the security guard during duty hours. This is important as we get to see our personnel actually putting into practice what they have been for.

At hubs

SMS provides accommodation to the security personnel so that we can monitor their activities, behaviour, cleanliness, time of leaving and reporting back etc. attendance is maintained for each security personnel.

Database

SMS boasts of fully functional database of all its clients and security personnel. At one touch of a button we get the security guard, place of duty and other relevant records. This records is updated regularly.
