Founded by late Lt. Col. J. S. Paul a seasoned soldier who had served the Armed Forces with distinction in various capacities. He was the pioneer in the field of Security and vigilance who had ventured to bring forth the Security and vigilance culture in Delhi.

Scientific Security Management Services (SMS) Pvt Ltd. was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a resettlement project by the Ministry of Defence and in consultation with and under instructions of Ministry of Home Affairs of Govt. of India.
